How a journey comes together

I.

The Conversation

We start with how you like to travel: the pace, the palate, the people.

II.

The Design

I shape the trip around you, with trusted guides, hoteliers, and chefs in the places you're going.

III.

The Journey

You travel. I stay close, keeping every reservation and detail in hand while you're away.

IV.

The Return

You come home full of stories. When you're ready, we dream up the next one.

Meet
Rachel

Rachel Soleil Lerch serving pasta at an outdoor dinner under string lights

Rachel spent over a decade inside New York's luxury hotels, front of house and behind the scenes. It's where she learned that seamless is a craft, and that the best moments of any trip are usually the quiet ones somebody arranged in advance.

She was twice named one of the top ten concierges in New York City. Forbes, The New York Times, Business Insider, and Travel + Leisure have all asked how she does it. Her clients stopped asking how. They just call her first.

Today she designs journeys with Anthology Travel Group, with Jetset World Travel and Virtuoso behind her. The perks are real: upgrades, amenities, and hoteliers who pick up the phone. The point is the feeling that every day was set just for you. She takes on a limited number of journeys each year, on purpose. Attention doesn't scale.

A look at where our travelers have just come home from: the tables they lingered at, the coasts they woke up to, and the guides who became friends along the way.

The best first step is a short note: where you're dreaming of, roughly when, and who's coming along. I'll take it from there.

Meet Rachel

Rachel Soleil Lerch is a Luxury Travel Advisor & Culinary Expert, and a 2026 Condé Nast Traveler Top Travel Specialist. She plans private travel for a short list of clients, and she gets them in where others can't.

She spent ten years hiring and training concierge teams for luxury hotel brands in New York and beyond, and was twice named one of the city's top concierges. Today, she puts that same network to work for her own clients.

This fall in Scotland, her clients went out for scallops with a local chef, then had dinner by his fire in a stone building that has stood for two thousand years, with a whisky sommelier pouring. In Rome, others had the Sistine Chapel to themselves.

Forbes, The New York Times, Business Insider, and Travel + Leisure have all asked how she does it. Her clients stopped asking how. They just call her first.

I.

One Hotel

Booked with the upgrades and amenities her relationships bring.

II.
